Texas Body Building Bar Cerakote

So far it’s perfect. The packaging makes it almost “shipping company proof” from damage. I’d only had experience with a 27mm diameter on a deadlift bar but to use one for other exercises is awesome! It definitely gives a greater sense of strength and control of the bar. This is my first Cerakote coated barbell and it’s going well so far, no chipping, or imperfections. The knurling is “just right” for what I plan to do with it. The extra whip (compared to a “power bar”)helps with deadlifts even though it’s not a “deadlifting bar.” This bar along with my 29mm Texas Power Prototype bar will be my workhorses of my home gym. I highly recommend.

Decided to splurge and buy this bar. Absolutely love using it. The smaller diameter definitely helps when getting a pump going. Finish looks good and knurle is great.

I use the Texas Body Building bar for deadlifts and to do bicep curls. The 27mm shaft is perfect for me as I have smaller hands. I also own the 28mm TPB and the Texas deadlift bar and all are equally awesome.
