If the return criteria are met, a 30-day return or exchange window is offered from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges must be approved in advance by contacting team@texaspowerbars.com — returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be new, unused, and unaltered in original packaging. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault, a 10% restocking fee applies along with all shipping costs to and from the customer. Shipping charges, Cerakote-colored bars, clearance items, and closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. All refunds are issued after inspection to confirm the item meets return criteria, and used or damaged items may be denied a refund.
