This bar is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve done a little of everything with it from deadlifts bench press, curls , and some shoulder work and I couldn’t be happier that I bought it! The knurling is fantastic, haven’t had to use any chalk and love the way it works your grip! You will feel it working right away which is what you want! You will be very happy with this purchase!!
